I had emailed with concerns about a product I had purchased on August 7th.
I received an email back on November 1st (really?)
Lyndsey said in the email that “some of our emails were lost in an abyss” and offered to send me free same sorts to make up for my disappointment in a product I had purchased. She asked for my address which I sent on November 2.
I haven’t heard a word from Lyndsey or received the order she said she was going to send me.
The products I DID just order are good but your customer service is definitely lacking.
Maybe the email I sent with my address on November 2nd was also lost?
