Refund Policy

What’s your return policy?
Items may be exchanged for a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of delivery of your shipment, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items, or items returned more than 14 days past delivery. 

We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at An RA number will be issued by Waterbridge before any return can be processed. Only items purchased at will be refundable. 

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
We will refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error within 14 days of delivery of your shipment. Items must be unopened. Replacement of damaged or defective goods will be processed at no charge. If product is damaged or defective, Waterbridge will provide a prepaid shipping label for product to be returned.
