Garbage, stale. Why sell outdated trash

I received my first order early this week and found everything I tried to be delicious. I had not tried the allsorts yet, but after reading the reviews, I thought I'd better check whether the box of licorice allsorts was fresh. They are as hard as rocks. Disgusting that such a reputable company would actually sell them after so many customers had complained that they are generally stale. I expect I will get a refund on my next order.

I just received this package today and must say it was packaged very well, However when I checked the box of Licorice Allsorts I find that they seem to be old stock and as a consequence are as hard as a rock when squeezed through the cellophane packaging, I hesitated to order these as I've come across this often when purchasing Waterbridge Licorice Allsorts, As I do not see any Best Before Date It would seem to me you are receiving old stock from The UK , Sorry I won't purchase these again!

Please see if you can rectify this matter as I prefer the brands from The UK, but as this seems to be happening on a regular basis I'm doubtful it won't be the same result when considering another purchase of this brand from Waterbridge!
