We’re often asked, “Where can I buy Waterbridge in my country?”. Unfortunately, if you don’t live in Canada, the answer is you can’t. We’d like to take a moment to explain why…

Firstly, We’re a Canadian Brand

Some customers may not know this about us, but the Waterbridge brand was created in Canada in 1993! While our products come from all across the world, Ontario, Canada has always been our home. This is where we have grown our brand for the past 25 years!

Originally based in Scarborough, we recently made the move to Pickering, Ontario and have been here for the last five years. You can come visit our store here at 680 Granite Court every Thursday and Friday from 9am to 5pm for fantastic discounts on our products!

But That Doesn’t Mean You Can Only Sell Chocolate Bars in Canada!

Of course, you’re right! One of the main reasons we have not expanded our brand beyond Canada is that we’re still focused on and excited about our growth here at home! Here, at Waterbridge, we are dedicated to quality in everything we do.

Canada is a big, beautiful country! While you’re sure to find Waterbridge from coast to coast, some of our customers who live in more remote places find it difficult to track down our products. Over the last few years, we’ve been hard at work on our eCommerce platform. Our hope is that it will give Canadians from shore to shore access to unlimited chocolate! It’s a work in progress but we are dedicated to making sure every Canadian has their fill of treats.

The chocolate bar industry hasn’t evolved much in the last twenty years, but that’s about to change! Thanks to our partners across the globe, we have been afforded the chance to bring some of these delicious new innovations to the Canadian market and we couldn’t be more excited about it!

Our focus on the Canadian market has given us a deep understanding of what works and what doesn’t in North America. This is one of the reasons we are able to be so flexible when taking risks and launching new products. We constantly strive to ensure we are at the forefront of confectionary innovation and rely on our knowledge of the Canadian market to ensure we make the right decisions for our customers!
